Confirm. Hate letting go of Zito the stud and CIN eternal top 5 pick...but I need to get younger while contending...one player at a time.
Good Luck to LAD and CIN...but not too much these next 2 yrs.

Don't really like this trade, but I won't tell LAD what to do with his team. CIN's pick will not be top 5 this year, though, and maybe not even top 10.
Sponsor Accepts.

No veto from STL, just thought it'd be funny to point out how Frank Sutherland, my #1 and #2 pick and $3 mil TC were demanded of me for Cole Hamels.

Not sure if we are vetoing, I believe protesting, And I will throw my hat into the pile and Protest this one as well. Hamels is worth more than what hes getting.

I am new to this but wanted to let you guys know that I have talked to the LA guy. If the trade doesn't go thru, I am interested in Hamels and we agreed on a tentitive deal. I would get Hamels and Garrison for 5 mil and the first 3 picks for 2012 and 2013 draft. I appologize if I am doing the wrong thing by posting here, I am new. Please send me a text on the proper procedure on this for future reference. Thanks

Thanks no you did that right thing in a way by posting cause it shows that you have a vested interest in this deal whether it goes through so you do not get put on the TC and then get Hamels the next day and it looks bad, but yeah posting what YOU'D give for Hamels is prob. not the best idea, next time if you want just give your opinion and then request not to be put onto Trade Committee due to conflicted reasoning.

One hint...the more people that voice their opinions after the 3rd Veto, the less of a pool there is for the Trade Committee. There is no need for anyone to say anything after there are 3 vetos...that is all it takes.

i find it funny that besides MON every team to protest this deal was in the division of a team in the deal...
im pulling out of this deal so no need to assign a TC

i find it funny that besides MON every team to protest this deal was in the division of a team in the deal... that's a stupid argument...if 4 teams vetoed and 3 other ones questioned the deal for LAD, it's not about the division, it's about the trade.
