Brower is holding out for a higher salary.
He made $910,000 Last year, and put up a 6-3 Record, with a 3.03 ERA in 71 1/3 IP, and a .199 BA Allowed. He'd like to be paid like other relievers that put up these numbers.
Brower will continue taking offers from CIN. If the offer goes unchanged, he will decide between signing with CIN, or remaining a FA to get a higher salary.
