In a press conference earlier today the LA Dodgers announced the hiring of Richard Bartlett, formerly a bat boy with the KC Royals.
Mr. Bartlett was born in LA but moved to Kansas City when he was 11 where he became a huge fan of the KC Royals - but always keeping tabs on the comings and goings of his beloved Dodgers.
"I always dreamed of coming back to LA and running this squad and today my dreams have come true. I look forward to sinking my teeth into this organization and doing everything I can to get them back to the prominence that they once had. I plan to formerly name my coaching staff and announce the direction this team will be taking within the next couple of days. "
