Trading draft picks is now allowed, passing by vote. It will, however, be CLOSELY monitored. All rules regarding TC/Veto will apply, and it will be watched closely especially considering how strong this last draft was. Anyone who tries to slip by a total ripoff will have it immediately sent to TC/Vetoed!
