This just in...new GM Dan O'Brien, who has been one of the busiest GM's in all of baseball has made yet another move.
This time he has fired the current manager and pitching coach and replaced them with 2 former reds player who are still greatly adored throughout the city...new manager..Joe Morgan and pitching Coach Rob Dibble.
In an interview today...Joe Morgan had this to say..."Im excited to finally get the chance to manage in the big league, and being able to come back to a city that has always been so loyal to me throughout my career makes it even that much more special. I would like to say good-bye to all my former collegues at ESPN Baseball Tonight. I'm honored to work with a GM like Dan O'Brien who has shown in a very short time that he is committed to returning the Reds Organization to the championship level that we played at when I was here."

Does this mean I won't be able to hear Dibble on XM from 3-6 PM EST anymore? Or does he plan to be doing double duty?

Atlanta is Petitioning League for More Games Against Cincy
(Atlanta) With the recent hiring of Rob Dibble and Joe Morgan to manage the Reds, the Atlanta Braves have petitioned the commisioner to increase the amount of games the two teams play. Atlanta's GM John Schuerholz has this to say, "Dibble and Morgan are idiots. Have you seen their commentary on Baseball Tonight? It is a joke. I make sure my entire staff and all my minor league coaches see tape of their thoughts to make sure they are not being reproduced in my system. Hopefully the commissioner will allow us the play the Reds more often." John Schuerholz was seen drinking champagne after reading the Reds press release.
For futher information contact the Braves at 1-800-BHAHAHA.

Atlanta is Petitioning League for More Games Against Cincy We'll have to have some serious realignment then. If we do, I'd like to go in the same division as the hopeless KC Royals. Oh, wait...
