Reports, out of Philadelphia, say that Tom Fox woants to move to the OF. He is not happy with his move to 3b since being draft and feels he a much better outfield. He has talked to the Phillies GM John Kruk and gave him an ulimatum. Either the Phillies put him in the outfield or trade him! There has yet to be any confirmation from Fox or Kruk.

John Kruk replies:
The Phillies organization is happy to be going in a positive step forward. They hope that Tom Fox is part of their future and helps to bring a World Series to the city of Philadelphia. We are going to give Fox an opportunity to prove himself in the outfield. However, we are going to be listening to trade offers for Mr. Fox. The organization as a whole would love to keep Tom Fox in a Phillies uniform but feel he may wish to part ways.

John Kruk just called he wants his name back, no more johnkruk. Bill Stoneman has enforced the UCSL- No slurred words clause.... said clause states the following-
You will be fired if you slur words together... i.e. it's not danobrien or danodowd, nor is it johnkruk.... if you do not think your GM deserves to be capitalized on his paychecks, and if you can't figure out that there needs to be a space between your GM's firt name and last name on his paychecks, then said paychecks will be given to COL, in the amount of 10 MIL dollars per week.....
This taken directly from the UCSL Book of weird yet interesting laws....

Fox replies:
I feel more comfortable in the outfield. I never gave Mr. Kruk any sort of ultimatum. I simpled said that would like to play the outfield again. The media has blown this whole situation out of proportion.
