Right now. Draft file next, shortly.
Hopefully salaries will be figured and input by tomorrow night. Then bidding can officially start, along with the rest of the offseason.
Edit- I forgot to include trades in the file, so I'm going back and adding those now. But at the very least you can see the new draftees in A ball on the file.

Draft file up, and season file including up to date trades uploading now. Please see trades forum for trades that didn't pass (due to extensions signed).
Once Payrolls are figured I'll update the salary pages to be correct (right now they don't have the correct team caps, but do have the right players), then we'll be all good to go.

when you release somebody you have to pay a certain amount per year, doubtful its 2 MIL cause he isn't worth that but some cut fine will be paid

Well for whatever reason he wasn't cut on your roster. I'll cut him for you. You owe him 25% of his salary for the remainder of his contract.
