This is an Idea I got from one of my old leagues
A Banking point system
Banking Points
Banking points are awarded to owners for being involved in the league. You can receive banking points by doing a league assigned task, sending in roster files, writing articles, etc. The more your involved the better the chance to receive banking points. The points can than be used to purchase several cool upgrades to your young players that are 25 or younger with no ML experience.
The following list is a basic idea of how many points you can receive for each task.
Points Participation
10 Submitting a Roster File [1 per sim]
5 Attending Live Sim or Playoff Sim
5-20 Writing a Article on your own team [Officials will vote based on the content]
5-75 Writing a Featured Article [Officials will vote based on the content]
50 Performing an official League Duty [per season, can be divided if job held less than 1 season]
200 Referring a New Owner [must stay active for at least 1 season plus you get 50 banking points for each season he remains active]
75 Keep an updated Team Homepage [per season]
25 Mini-front page article [must be about the last sim, will be posted on FBSL mainpage]
The following list shows the possible upgrades and the cost for each one.
