The Brewers offer Mr. Loaiza:
3 year deal worth 8 million per base salary + a 4 million dollar signing bonus.
The total is nearly equal to the 4 year deal offered by CLE.
Incentives: 1 million for ERA under 3.00, .5 mil for ERA under 3.50 (only get one) 1 million for 20 wins or more, .5 mil for 15 wins or more 1 million for AS Appearance 2 million for CY win

Loaiza will continue considering offers from the following teams-
Milwaukee, Chicago Cubs, Cleveland.
Continued bidding is allowed from those 3. It is not required. If you feel you have the best deal, you don't have to increase it. But you will have 48 hours to continue bidding, beginning Saturday night, and ending Midnight ET Monday night.
