Indians offer 1 year at $1.5 million with an option in 2008 of $2.5 million
2007: $1.5 million 2008: $2.5 million(Team Option or $500K buy out)
Incentives $500K for 400 AB $1 million for 30 HR $1 million for 100 RBI $1 million for .300 BA
The deal is worth 1 year at $2 million possibly reaching 2 years at $11 million.

Continued bidding is allowed from those 3. It is not required. If you feel you have the best deal, you don't have to increase it. But you will have over 48 hours to continue bidding, beginning Friday Morning, and ending 3 PM ET Sunday.
