Fiore is holding out for more money.
He's ok with the length of the contract, but he was 9-1 with a 2.48 ERA last year, 69 IP, and a .175/.308/.315 line against. He had one of the best years out of any reliever, and would like to be compensated for it.
He will continue hearing offers from CHW. If the offer goes unchanged, he'll decide between Chicago's offer or remaining a FA to get a higher salary.

how about 2 years at 1.5 mil per season and a 1 mil signing bonus along with a team option the 3rd year at 2 mil or a 250k buyout
500k for an era of under 3 250k for 10 or more wins 250k for 65 appearances or 75+ip
